We are a small in home breeder who have 1 - 3 litters a year. We follow a more holistic approach to raising our dogs and puppies and have been breeding designer hybrid dogs for 15 years now.
Our dogs are family and treated as such. They sleep in our beds, enjoy trips to the parks and beaches and are generally treated like royalty. We do not keep our dogs in kennels away from the home as we feel like living and maintaining a happy family pet lifestyle is imperative to producing well rounded happy family pets for your family.
About the breeder!
My name is Zoe and I am the passionate breeder behind these wonderful dogs. Coming from a family breeding background I have spent my whole life surrounded by dogs and puppies. I learned from a very young age that I had a deep connection with my pets and a strong passion for dog training and behavior modification. I inherited this from my beloved grandparents who were long time breeders of the lovely CKC golden retriever. The golden retriever was and always will be my first love in the dog world.
With the passion I have and the expertise I gained through my younger years while learning all I could from my parents and grandparents I tailored my program with the puppies best interests in mind. We strive to honor our puppies and moms here by ensuring we temperament test each puppy to find their most basic genetic behavior and temperament traits. We then we use this testing to help your family select which puppies would best suite your families wants, needs and lifestyle while ensuring the puppies you choose from have their needs met as well. We truly find that placing our puppies after temperament testing gives our puppies and our clients the highest chances of a successful relationship and a long happy life together.

All our puppies undergo ENS - Early Neurological Stimulation (see our puppy page for info on ENS) and are raised using a program tailored to each puppies needs based on the Badass Breeder and Puppy culture protocols coupled with our own program put together over the last 15 years. Breeding dogs are carefully selected and health tested to meet our standards. Only the best temperament and health will do here.
Miss Poppy
As part of our more holistic approach our moms and puppies are fed a species appropriate raw meat diet, minimally vaccinated and only dewormed once as a precaution. Non of our puppies have ever shown signs of or tested positive for worms. We do NOT microchip as microchips have been shown to cause cancer and may migrate causing other health issues. We instead recommend tattooing your pup at time of spay or neuter. We recommend our puppy parents do research vaccination and over vaccination before purchasing a puppy from anyone!
We pride ourselves on NOT being your average breeder. We prefer to be different! Here at my Teddy Tales we don't have a website designer or a social media coordinator. Everything you see here is 100% authentic and genuine. What you see is what you get. While other breeders may have fancy websites and thousands of likes, we prefer to put our time into our dogs! This is not to say other breeders are wrong or that we are better it simply is what it is and we love who we are, we truly feel that if you take the time to get to know us you’ll love us as much as we love what we have become. Different isn't such a bad thing after all.
Most importantly we believe dogs are a lifetime commitment therefore all puppies are sold on a non-re-sale contract and may never under any circumstances be turned over/sold to or given to any rescue or shelter! We as the breeders reserve the right to be involved in any re-homing process AND we the breeder reserve the right of first refusal if the dog is ever to be re-homed.
If for any reason at any time during the dog/puppies life the purchaser can no longer properly care for the dog we will ALWAYS TAKE A DOG/PUPPY BACK.
